  • We use pre-treatments will immediately go to work by breaking down the oils that trap the dirt to your carpet fibers. This cleaner is not a soap and will not leave a sticky soap residue behind.
  • We use a rotary scrubbing tool that will loosen the toughest matted down grimy carpet before we start the extraction process.
  • Once we have completed the tasks above, we then attack that dirty carpet with a rotary extraction tool. This tool will give every square foot of your carpet , 30-60 cleaning passes vs the standard cleaning wand that our competitors use.
  • Some companies inject soaps into there water stream while cleaning and not properly rinsing them out. Doing that will attract dirt and ultimately your carpet would need to be cleaned more often.

  • We start out by spreading our grout and tile cleaner generously across the floor. Our grout cleaning agent will work through the toughest grime.
  • After we have determined that these cleaners have soaked and loosened the dirt oil and debris long enough, we begin the extraction.
  • Our equipment has a rotary brush that scrubs the surface of the tile while at the same time there are 3 highly pressurized water sprayers that blast near 200 degree water. This hot pressurized blast will thoroughly clean the crevices in the tiles and all the grout lines in between.
  • After we have completed the tasks listed above, we will then take an excessive amount of time scanning the floor looking for any spots or dull areas that might need a bit more elbow grease.

  • We start by stripping the floor of its old layers of wax and neutralizing it.
  • We inspect corners and along walls for wax buildup.
  • Floors are Cleaned a second time to prevent imperfections.
  • We then apply 2 to 6 coats of finish for beautiful shine.
